WORK ATTACHMENTS
Happening Films encourages and supports student film makers and is accepting applications from interns and students who would like to complete some or all of their work attachment requirements with us.

SCRIPT SUBMISSIONS
Happening Films will accept unsolicited pitches but do not send a full script as it will not be read. A one page synopsis and a paragraph of background info about yourself is enough information at this early stage. If the synopsis is of interest, we will contact you with a request that you send a hard copy of the script for reading.

Some things to consider before making your approach.

Familiarize yourself with the content of this website and learn about the films produced by Happening Films. Know what we are looking for and ask yourself if you feel that your project would fit naturally amongst these existing films.

Have an idea about the budget. Happening Films is specifically looking for dramatic features with budgets up to $2 million. Be realistic.

Be clear on what you want for the project and what your expectations are.

Finally, given the amount of projects sent through, Happening Films will not provide feedback on submitted projects. You will be contacted directly should there be interest in pursuing your project further.
